If you are not satisfied with Meldstead, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This change-of-mind period applies to eligible first purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, provide the email address used at checkout and follow the support prompts. Paddle may ask for your transaction details to locate the order.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Refunded access may end when the refund is processed.
