1. Meldstead
Meldstead is personal project-management software for tasks, documents, whiteboards, timelines, reviews and related AI-assisted features. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must not:
- use Meldstead unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, or to violate another person’s rights;
- upload malware, probe security, scrape the service, bypass limits or interfere with its operation;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service except where law permits;
- submit illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or attempts to bypass AI safety controls.
3. Your content and AI output
You retain rights to your prompts, project content and eligible outputs. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide Meldstead. You must have the necessary rights to anything you submit.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it. It is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove unlawful content, restrict misuse and suspend repeated infringers. Rights-holders may report alleged infringement through the Meldstead contact page or saswatasg@gmail.com.
4. Our intellectual property
Meldstead, its software, documentation, branding and original design remain our property or that of our licensors. No ownership transfers to you under these terms.
5. Plans, trials, payments and subscriptions
New workspace owners receive a seven-day Pro trial with three AI actions. No payment card is required for the trial. Free and Essential plans include no AI actions.
In India, Essential costs ₹499 per month or ₹4,999 per year, and Pro costs ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year. In the United States, Canada and other base-price regions, Essential costs US$5.99 per month or US$59.99 per year, and Pro costs US$14.99 per month or US$149.99 per year. Checkout may present equivalent local pricing where available. The price and currency displayed at checkout are the amounts that apply to your order.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
6. Availability and termination
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious violations. When access ends, legal obligations and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
7. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meldstead is supplied “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid during the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continuing to use Meldstead after an update means you accept the revised terms.
