Why it exists
Project tools had become the problem.
Every new app promised to bring things together, then added another place to keep in sync: briefs in one, tasks in another, ideas on a board somewhere else, and a fee every time a client needed to look.
Meldstead is the tool I wanted for my own work. Tasks, docs, a whiteboard, a timeline and client reviews live in one simple project, without the features nobody uses.
It also works with the AI you already use. Ask it to plan a project, add tasks, or move your old projects in from another app, and it happens here.
Meldstead is independent. I read every message, and what gets built next comes from the people using it.
